Sina Hartung

Sina started her career at Google and BCG, then did AI and radiology research at Harvard Medical School. She’s a thyroid patient herself, so when she left research she started the thyroid clinic she wished existed. Like any new practice owner, she set up an EHR and hired staff.

Zain Memon

Zain is a four-time founder and sold his past two companies. He was at Opendoor from its early days through its IPO, and he has been building software for more than twenty years. He built the software the clinic ran on, and he’s in every practice’s group chat.

What happens after you book time with Sina

  1. A 15-minute call

    Tell Sina the job you’d hand off first, and she’ll show you how Eureka would do it in your EHR or ours.

  2. We sit with your team

    We sign a BAA, then learn the job from whoever does it today, in your office or on Zoom, and write down your rules.

  3. The first job

    Eureka usually takes it on within two weeks of that meeting. Whoever does it today, even you, checks the first ones.

  4. A group chat with our team

    Both of us are in it. Text it when something breaks, whether it’s a missing fax or your email’s DNS.

Opening a practice

We set up your website, phones, e-prescribing, intake, payments, and payer enrollment with you before your first patient.
