Before Eureka was a company, it was how we ran our own clinic.
We are Zain Memon and Sina Hartung. We started an endocrinology practice, got buried under the same admin every solo doctor knows, and built our way out of it. Real patients, real scale, and zero full-time non-physician staff, because the software did the operating. Eureka is that software, opened up for any doctor who wants the same.

Zain built the core infrastructure that lets a single doctor run a full-stack practice without an administrative team. Before Eureka was a product anyone else could use, it was the operating system for our own clinic. He is one of the people behind the medical AI system that outscored OpenAI, Google, and the other major labs on the US Medical Licensing Exam.

Sina studied at Harvard Medical School and ran the operations of our endocrinology practice on this exact platform before Eureka had its first customer outside the founding team. She built the workflows, tested the limits, and made the calls that shaped how the system behaves inside a real practice. Every workflow in Eureka is shaped by how a real practice actually runs, because she built it from inside ours.

Before we sold Eureka to a single other doctor, we ran our own endocrinology practice on it. Every appointment, every intake form, every chart note, every payment ran through the system, and we were the only people in the room. That was the proof, to us, that it actually worked.

We built our own medical AI system and put it through the US Medical Licensing Exam, where it outscored the leading systems from OpenAI, Google, and the other major labs.
