What penile filler costs in Los Angeles
Most clinics here quote $3,500 to $6,000 for one treatment, and how much filler you need sets most of that price. My filler consult is free. You get a number from me after we’ve talked.

What clinics in Los Angeles charge
Few clinics put a price on their website. These are the ones that do, next to my own estimate. Every price here is for hyaluronic acid filler, the kind I use.

What sets the price
Two clinics can both quote you for “penile filler” and be pricing very different treatments. Four things decide the number, and you can ask any clinic about each of them.
How much filler you need
Filler is priced by how much goes in, so volume is most of the bill. In published studies men got 15 to 22 mL on average, and anywhere from 10 to 30 mL.5,6,7
A man who wants a small change needs less than a man who wants a bigger one. When someone asks me what it costs, my first answer is that it depends on the volume we inject.1
One session or two
Most men are treated in one session. A lot of protocols add a short retouch visit a few weeks later to even out the shape, and that retouch is a big part of why results hold.8 When you compare quotes, ask whether the price is for one session or for the session and the retouch.
Touch-ups over time
Hyaluronic acid is temporary. It softens gradually, and most men come back for a touch-up somewhere between 12 and 18 months.1,5 When you compare clinics, count what you’ll spend over a few years along with the first visit.
Who does the injecting
In greater Los Angeles about seven people do penile filler, and only two of us are urologists. Most of the rest are plastic surgeons who dabble in it.
This anatomy, including the nerves and the urethra, is my everyday work. Before I inject anyone I check for erection problems, hormone problems and Peyronie’s disease, and if a complication comes up I can treat it myself.

“If you just want to get your feet wet, if you’re just curious as to what this might be, you might have a much lower upfront cost for hyaluronic acid based filler. And also, it’s reversible.”
What filler costs over a few years
Filler costs less up front than an implant, and you can stop whenever you want. What you trade for that is upkeep. It isn’t permanent, so you may want touch-ups or more volume, and over the years you may inject more and pay more.1 I’d rather you know that before your first visit.
Filler also leaves your options open. If you decide on an implant later, starting with filler doesn’t get in the way. Going the other direction is harder, because an implant can disturb the tissue and make filler harder to place.1
- Day one
- The treatment takes 15 to 20 minutes under local anesthetic, and you go home the same day.
- A few weeks later
- An optional retouch to even out the shape, if we both think you need one.
- 12 to 18 months
- The filler has softened, and most men book a touch-up to keep the result.
What it costs with me
You get a price from me after the free conversation, never before it. We start with a call, and I’ll tell you straight whether filler makes sense for you.
I’m not going to charge anybody for an expensive procedure until we’ve at least talked about it. You don’t put down a deposit to get on the phone, and there’s no salesperson between you and me.
On the call I screen you first and ask about your goals. Then we work out how much volume makes sense. I do the treatment myself, with hyaluronic acid, the same FDA-approved filler used in lips and faces.

Financing through CareCredit and Cherry
A lot of men spread the cost out. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. You apply with them directly and they set the terms, and your treatment plan is the same however you pay.

A health care credit card you can use for treatment and pay off over time.

A payment plan for patients. You apply, get a decision, and pay in installments.

No. Penile filler is cosmetic, so insurance doesn’t cover it, and clinics charge cash for it.
My whole practice is cash pay. That’s how I can keep visits to a full hour without racing a schedule, and nothing about your visit goes through an insurance company.
If you want ongoing care beyond filler, my concierge membership is $300–500 a month and covers direct access to me and the full spectrum of care.
Filler, an implant or permanent filler
The cheapest choice on day one may not be the cheapest over ten years, and the permanent choices are the hardest to undo.

Questions about cost

What is the average cost of penile fillers?
In Los Angeles, most published quotes for hyaluronic acid penile filler are between about $3,500 and $6,000 for one treatment. The full range runs from about $2,000 to more than $10,000, mostly because of volume, meaning how much filler it takes to get you where you want to be.
How much does it cost to make your penis bigger?
It depends on the method. Hyaluronic acid filler for girth runs about $2,000 to $10,000 or more depending on volume, and it’s temporary. A silicone sleeve implant costs about $15,000 to $20,000, it’s permanent, and it takes surgery to remove. I go through both at a free filler consult.
Are touch-ups included in the price?
Ask every clinic this. Hyaluronic acid is temporary, so most men book a touch-up around 12 to 18 months later. I set my touch-up price at launch, and we go over it at your free consult.
Do you offer financing for penile filler?
Yes. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry, so you can pay for treatment over time. You apply with them directly and they set the terms.
Is the penile filler consultation free?
Yes. It’s a private screening call with me by phone or video, starting in late November 2026. I’m not going to charge anybody for an expensive procedure until we’ve at least talked about it. Book a free filler consult or text a question first.
Is penile filler covered by insurance?
No. Penile filler is cosmetic, so insurance doesn’t cover it. My practice is cash pay for everything, so nothing about your visit goes through your insurance company.
Why do penile filler prices vary so much between clinics?
The volume a clinic quotes for is the biggest reason. Prices also differ on whether they cover one session or a session plus a retouch, and on who does the injecting. In greater Los Angeles about seven people do penile filler, and only two of us are urologists. Most of the rest are plastic surgeons who dabble in it.
