Book a consultation with Dr. Goodman

Every consult is with me. Answer a few private questions further down this page, and once booking opens in November my team will text you to set a time.

Telehealth in California and Georgia from late November. In person in Los Angeles from December.

What you can book

Goodman Longevity is cash pay, and I don’t take insurance. A price I haven’t set yet is marked that way. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.

  • Penile filler consult

    Free

Phone or video, from late November

This is a screening call. Most men ask me whether it’s real, whether it works and what it would look like on them. I’ll tell you straight whether filler makes sense for you and what your other options are, and I show before-and-after photos privately on the call. I’m not going to charge anybody for an expensive procedure until we’ve at least talked about it.

  • Longevity consult

    Fee set at launch

    Telehealth, a full hour

A full hour on hormones, erections, sleep, training, nutrition and your labs. I usually start with sexual health, because erections run on the same blood vessels as your heart. In men with heart disease who also had erection problems, the erection problems came first in 93% of cases, two to three years earlier.1 You leave with a plan and your options laid out.

    What a longevity consult covers

  • In-person evaluation

    Fee set at launch

In person in Los Angeles, from December

A full physical exam with me, with filler, hormones or anything else covered in the same visit. Some questions need an exam to answer. The office is in Los Angeles, for men coming in from Beverly Hills, West LA and the rest of the city.

Read about my training as a urologist

  • Labs only

    Set at launch

A lab panel, read by me

If you’d rather start with numbers, order a lab panel and I’ll go through every result with you. Plenty of men already have labs from another clinic and nobody who explained them. That’s a fine place to start too.

    Testosterone therapy from a urologist

  • Text a question

    Number shared at launch

For patients in California and Georgia

Sometimes you only want to know whether something is normal, or whether it’s worth getting checked. Text the practice and my team will answer.

    How the text line works

  • Concierge membership

    $300–500 a month

    Founding member spots are limited

For men who want a doctor they can reach between visits. It covers the full spectrum of care with me, month to month.

    What membership includes

A few questions before we talk

Six questions, about a minute. I read the answers before the call, so we can get straight to your questions.

Nothing here is explicit, and it’s safe to fill in at work. Preview: booking opens in November. Until then nothing you pick is sent or saved.

Question 1 of 6

What brings you in?

Pick the closest one. We can talk about everything else on the call.

Preview: booking opens in November.

What to have ready for the call

  • Recent blood work, if you have it
  • Every medication and supplement you take, with doses
  • If you’re on testosterone, what you take, how much and who prescribes it
  • Your questions, written down
  • A private place to talk

None of it is needed for the free filler consult. For a longevity consult it makes the hour go further.

Texting is for questions, not emergencies. For chest pain, an erection that lasts more than four hours, or sudden severe pain or swelling, call 911.

Text a question and my team will answer it

A lot of men want to ask an expert something today without booking a visit, like whether something is normal or whether it can wait. That’s what the text line is for. If the answer is that you should see me, we’ll set that up in the same thread.

What men text about

  • Is penile filler right for me, and what would it involve?
  • My testosterone came back low. What should I do next?
  • I’m on TRT from another clinic. Can you take over my care?
  • Something changed with my erections. Is it worth getting checked?

Concierge membership

$300–500a month

Membership is for men who want a doctor they can reach. You get the same doctor for the long run, one who knows your history and your labs and answers when you text.

Founding member spots are limited. Tiers are set at launch.

Pick “Concierge membership” as your reason in the pre-screen.

What it covers

  • A direct text line to me and my team
  • Visits that run a full hour, by telehealth or in person
  • Testosterone and hormone care, with labs
  • Sexual health, from erections to filler planning
  • Longevity planning built on your labs
  • The everyday medical questions that come up between visits

Before you book

The questions men ask me before a first visit. If you want to know more about me first, read how I got into urology.

Is the penile filler consult really free?

Yes. It’s a private screening call with me by phone or video, and it costs nothing. I’m not going to charge anybody for an expensive procedure until we’ve at least talked about it, and you don’t owe me a booking afterward.

Will I talk to Dr. Goodman or to a coordinator?

You talk to me. My office manager handles scheduling and texts, and every medical conversation is with me, from the first call on. Nobody reads you a sales script.

When can I book?

Telehealth consults start in late November 2026, and in-person visits in Los Angeles start in December 2026. Booking opens in November. Until then the pre-screen on this page is a preview.

Where are in-person visits?

In Los Angeles, starting in December 2026. Patients come from Beverly Hills, West LA and the rest of the city. I’ll put the address on this page when the office opens. Address shared at launch

Do you take insurance?

No. Goodman Longevity is cash pay and doesn’t bill insurance. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. If you want to know what filler costs and why prices vary, read what penile filler costs in Los Angeles.

Can I do a telehealth visit from outside California?

I’m licensed in California and Georgia, so telehealth is for patients in those two states. If you live anywhere else, you can see me in person in Los Angeles from December.

I’m under 30. Can I book a filler consult?

Yes. I screen younger men carefully before any procedure, because for some of them a conversation helps more than filler does. The Sexual Medicine Society of North America says penile dysmorphic disorder should be ruled out before any penile enhancement, and I do that on the first call.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Consults are private, by phone, video or in person. There’s nothing explicit on this site, so it’s safe to open at work. I show before-and-after photos privately, during your consult. You can read how filler results are measured before then.

What does the pre-screen ask?

There are six. They ask what brings you in, your age, whether you’re on testosterone, whether you’re in a relationship, where you live and how you’d like to meet first. I read the answers before we talk, so the call goes to your questions.
