If you found me through Instagram or TikTok, you’ve already seen how I think: less hype, more evidence; less shame, more honesty.

My private practice is where I get to do that work the way I believe medicine should be practiced. We slow down. We look at the whole picture: your labs, medications, symptoms, food, movement, sleep, stress, and goals. And we make sense of it together. You deserve more than “just lose weight,” “let’s keep an eye on it,” or a rushed visit that never answers your actual questions.

Sometimes the right plan is mostly lifestyle. Sometimes medication helps. Often it’s both. My job is to help you think clearly, understand what matters, and leave with next steps that fit your real life. If something has felt off for a while, or you’ve been trying to piece this together on your own, I’d be glad to help.

Your Visit

Bring everything you're confused about. Leave with clarity.

01

We start with what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and what brought you here

02

I review your labs, medications, and supplements with you, not just a glance

03

We talk through food, movement, sleep, stress, and what’s realistic for your life

04

If medications make sense, we discuss options honestly — what they do, what they don’t, and whether they’re worth it for you

05

You leave with a clear, written plan and specific next steps

06

If labs or prescriptions are needed, I take care of that before you go

Sound Familiar?

Most people who find me are dealing with one of these.

The Situation

“My blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar keep creeping up and I don’t want to wait until it gets worse.”

What I Do

Find what’s driving the numbers, then build a lifestyle-first plan around food, movement, sleep, stress, and medication only when it truly helps.

The Situation

“I know my habits are part of the problem, but no one has shown me what to actually do.”

What I Do

Turn vague advice into a clear plan you can follow in real life. Not just “eat better” and “exercise more.”

The Situation

“I want to lose weight, but I don’t want a cookie-cutter plan that ignores everything else going on.”

What I Do

We look at the full picture — sleep, stress, underlying conditions, dietary patterns — and build a plan that actually fits your life, not just a prescription.

The Situation

“I’m overwhelmed by labs, supplements, sleep issues, and conflicting health advice.”

What I Do

We go through everything together and figure out what actually matters, what doesn’t, and what to do first.

Common Questions

Is this the right fit for me?

This practice is best for adults who want help with chronic disease management and issues with blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight, sleep, and energy, especially if you want a lifestyle-first plan.

Do you prescribe medications?

Yes, when they make sense. I can prescribe medications, order labs, and help you think through each option — whether to start, what to expect, how to manage side effects, and when to adjust.

Do I need labs before I book?

No. If you have recent labs, bring them. If you don’t, that’s okay. We can still have a very useful first visit and decide what, if anything, needs to be ordered.

Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?

This is a cash-pay practice, so I do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Can you review my labs and supplements?

Yes, it’s one of the most common reasons people book. Bring everything you’ve got, and I’ll help you sort what matters from what’s marketing.

Still have questions?
