# Eureka

> Eureka (eureka.md) is an all-in-one practice platform and EHR for solo private-practice doctors, cash-pay focused. It ships a first-party MCP server (endpoint: https://api.eureka.md/mcp) so AI agents like Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor, and ChatGPT can read the schedule and chart context, draft notes and messages, and propose actions the doctor approves. Eureka automates administrative work; clinical judgment stays with the doctor.

- MCP server: streamable HTTP, stateless JSON, Bearer auth with per-doctor `eur_` API keys, about 37 tools across 20 practice domains with separate read and write tools.
- Practice platform: scheduling and online booking, AI-assisted visit notes with dictation, intake forms, patient messaging (SMS and email), Stripe billing and superbills, e-prescribing including controlled substances, automated reminders and recalls, fax.
- The built-in assistant drafts patient replies and proposes reschedules, cancellations, and refills for one-click doctor approval in Slack.
